Topic: Command Suggestion: on_player_movement_disabled / enabled

Simply put, a command that reads if the player's movement is disabled or enabled.

This would allow you to potentially disable some scripted objects that can screw up your character's movement when it is disabled. Like having a set of spikes that disable so a pipe can run through them.

This would be pretty useful and flexible.
