Re: tree catapult BETA

It seems you've misplaced the .spr with another copy of the .obj under "sprites".

Re: tree catapult BETA

It looks nice, but its physics could be better. Can you apply Hooke's Law to it?

Re: tree catapult BETA

I have a better version.
The characters move now as a parabola (or whatever that may be called), and not linear anymore.

This is changing:

//moving down
      state "movingdown"
      {
             //animation
             set_animation SS_boom 1

              //move
              let "$x = $x + 250*dt()"
         let "$y = ($x^2)/110"
              set_player_position "60-$x" "-150+$y"

              //next
              on_animation_finished "moveup"

      }

      //move up
      state "moveup"
      {
             //animation
              set_animation SS_boom 2

              //move
              let "$x = $x - 250*dt()"
        let "$y = ($x^2)/110"
              set_player_position "60-$x" "-150+$y"

        //next
        on_animation_finished "jump"
      }
