First, y u put sonic site in Brazilian.
Second, y u give star 2 to hartsonic. They is very GOOD in site and everything for download of sonic.but brazilian too so no more matter.

Is it possibile for you to show us what those "strict criteria" would be? Because honestly, it seems like just an arbitrary decision.
I remember once I minigame I made has lost points in a competition because the stupid evaluator didn't have a numeric pad in his computer. I guess he got angry because he hadn't had money to buy one, so he just took points away of my project for this futile "reason". Go figure.
