It's actually not that hard once you find the shortcuts and tricks behind it.

Re: Sprite demonstration

You should write a tutorial...  lol with the GIMP you can do lots of thing, but, of course, you have to know how

Yep... I might give a step-by-step in off-topic.

Also...

Who's gonna replace Tails?

Your teacher asks you. What to answer? Say this:
"I thought the teacher is supposed to know."

Croft ?? o_O tongue I'm kidding. But really, the only way any human could perform any of those Sonic-like moves is if they were "Breaking" and/or "Free-Running" and/or "Parkour". Maybe go more for more those kinda moves?

Well, the moves are mostly technology assisted. Just look at Urban Rush... it's quite futuristic.

For example, Colin has made jetshoes for Dustin. Dustin uses these to glide, and do a special 'slide-run' animation (I'll show an example of this with another avatar change as soon as Laura's done EDIT 2: I am such a liar. This needs more debate before I can showcase it).

EDIT: The animation after Dustin lands from his glide is the top speed running animation as well, not just the sliding one when you wind up crashing into the ground while gliding.

EDIT 2: I'm debating this more so now. It might not make since for him to be in a grind animation if he's digging through walls... using sheer strength.

... Perhaps... Thinking about it, it is kind of similar. Humans vs. Robots anyone?

Re: Sprite demonstration

very good. Upload the sprite with the team SilverstepP, for proving it smile . I have made a team with 3 funny balls. I´ll upload it. If we all make more sprites, we can play with very different characters. big_smile big_smile

I want to wait until my quest is done before releasing them. This quest (That I can't stop adding more levels to X-D) will seem more special if I release my characters with them.

However! I may release a single character along with two original characters soon. Maybe.
